The suspect was caught red-handed injecting drugs.
(Baonghean.vn) - The police station of Muong Ngoc commune (Que Phong district) announced that they have just discovered and arrested Lo Van Toan (born in 1978, residing in Muong Mun village, Muong Ngoc commune) for the illegal use and possession of narcotics.
At approximately 6:00 AM on April 6th, a task force from the Mường Nọc Commune Police discovered and apprehended Lô Văn Toàn while he was injecting drugs at his home.

During the search, the task force also seized a plastic bag containing a white powder, suspected to be heroin, weighing 0.2 grams.
During questioning, Lo Van Toan confessed that he had been addicted for a long time and frequently bought drugs for personal use. It was revealed that Lo Van Toan had previously undergone drug rehabilitation twice at the Que Phong District Labor and Social Education Center.
The suspect and evidence have now been handed over by the Mường Nọc Commune Police to the Quế Phong District Police for handling according to regulations.
