Caught red-handed injecting drugs
(Baonghean.vn) - The police of Muong Noc commune (Que Phong) said that the unit has just discovered and arrested Lo Van Toan (born in 1978, residing in Muong Mun village, Muong Noc commune) for the act of illegally using and storing drugs.
At around 6:00 a.m. on April 6, the working group of the Muong Noc Commune Police discovered and caught Lo Van Toan red-handed while injecting drugs at home.

Here, through the search, the working group also seized a plastic bag containing white powder, suspected to be heroin weighing 0.2 grams.
During the investigation, Lo Van Toan confessed that he had been addicted for a long time and often bought drugs for use. It is known that Lo Van Toan had been to the Que Phong District Center for Social and Labor Education for drug rehabilitation twice.
Currently, the subject and evidence have been handed over by the Muong Noc Commune Police to Que Phong District Police for handling according to regulations.
