Mr. NMH (35 years old), working at the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies, was accused of "indecent behavior" with a female reporter and is being suspended from work for clarification.

On the morning of April 10, Mr. Vu Kim Sinh - Secretary of the Party Committee of Lam Dong Province's Agencies, said that he had just temporarily suspended Mr. NMH (35 years old), Secretary of the Youth Union of the Agencies, for 10 days to review his "depraved behavior" with a female reporter.
According to Mr. Sinh, the incident occurred on the evening of March 31 at the Center for Science and Technology Application, under the Department of Science and Technology of Lam Dong. Specifically, when the meeting and party of the members of the Cultural and Social - Technology Group ended, Mr. H. and a female reporter named A. (name changed; 27 years old, working at a media agency in Lam Dong province) went to the restroom (there is only 1 restroom with 2 rooms and marked for women). Here, Mr. H. committed "indecent acts" with this female reporter.

Mr. Sinh added that on April 3, female reporter A. filed a complaint against Mr. NMH with the police and only then did Mr. Vu Kim Sinh know about the incident.
“When I was informed about the incident, I did not believe it was true, because H. is a very active and professionally competent Youth Union officer…”, Mr. Sinh said.
Then, on April 4, Mr. H. admitted to Mr. Vu Kim Sinh that he had committed "indecent acts" with the female reporter and wrote a report on the incident. Mr. H. admitted that his actions had disqualified him as a party member and asked to accept any form of discipline imposed by the Party Committee of the provincial agencies.
At noon on April 10, Da Lat City Police said they had received the complaint from the female reporter and were continuing to clarify the case for handling./.
