Former Malaysian Prime Minister's home searched
Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak's home was searched as part of an investigation into money laundering allegations.
Malaysian police on May 16 searched the private home of former Prime Minister Najib Razak as part of an investigation into money laundering allegations.
Previously, Mr. Najib Razak and his wife, Ms. Rosmah Mansor, were also put on the exit ban list of the Malaysian Immigration Department.

According to Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, although it is not yet determined how much money will be recovered, the amount of dirty money flowing from Malaysia to the US alone has reached 4.5 billion USD.
Therefore, focusing on dealing with corruption is very important and the Malaysian Government will coordinate with countries such as the US, Switzerland, Singapore... to recover money from this Southeast Asian country./.
