Support 3 families affected by tornado
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 21, Hanh Dich Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities of Hanh Dich commune, Que Phong district to inspect and overcome the consequences of damage caused by tornadoes and hail in the area.
Previously, at 4 p.m. on May 18, in Hanh Dich commune, a tornado and hailstorm occurred, causing damage to 26 households' houses (mainly roofs); swept away about 52 kg of fish; caused 5.9 hectares of acacia trees to fall and break; 14.52 hectares of rice were completely damaged; and 14.3 hectares of crops (corn, cassava, peanuts) were damaged... Fortunately, there were no human casualties.

The working delegation visited and encouraged the affected families and presented 3 gifts worth 2,100,000 VND in total to partially support the 3 families of Mr. Vi Van Minh, Ha Van Tho and Ha Van Luyen (Na Sai village) who suffered heavy damage due to the tornado./.
