Russian President rejects Dutch investigation into MH17
Russian President Vladimir Putin has affirmed that Russian military missiles did not shoot down Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 in 2014, rejecting the conclusion of Dutch investigators that Moscow's missile system was used in the attack.

Speaking at an economic forum in St Petersburg when asked whether the missile that shot down MH17 belonged to the Russian military, Russian President Vladimir Putin said: "Of course not." The Russian leader said that the Dutch conclusions about the incident could not be fully trusted because Russia was not involved in the investigation.
The statement is also Russia's strong rebuttal to the accusation made earlier by Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte that Russia bears partial responsibility and at the same time demands that the country acknowledge and cooperate with the criminal investigation and compensation negotiations.
