Dien Chau: 2 people died in 2 days due to electric shock
(Baonghean.vn) - During the rainy days and storm preparation, due to carelessness, two men in Dien Chau district died from electric shock.
At 11:00 p.m. on July 18, while raising his family's belongings to avoid the storm, Cao Tien Ut (born in 1988) in Hamlet 9, Dien Phu Commune was electrocuted and died on the spot due to accidentally touching an electrified object.
Previously, at 4:30 p.m. on July 17, while helping a neighbor fix the electricity, because he did not turn off the power source, Mr. Le Van Thanh (born in 1982), Dong Loc hamlet, Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau was electrocuted, thrown to the ground and hit his head on a stone wall. Although his family took him to Dien Chau General Hospital for emergency treatment, he died due to severe brain trauma.
People need to be careful when using and repairing electrical appliances, especially during the rainy season, to avoid unfortunate accidents.
