(Baonghean.vn) - On July 29, philanthropists coordinated with the Youth Union of Nghia Son and Nghia Hoi communes (Nghia Dan) to give gifts to two students with difficult circumstances who achieved high scores in the 2018 National High School Exam.

That is Ngo Van Giang - a student of High School 1-5, residing in Dong Hoi 2 hamlet, Nghia Hoi commune. Ngo Van Giang comes from a very difficult family situation, and he himself suffers from bronchial asthma. In the recent National High School Exam, he scored 26.8 points in block A and was one of the students with the highest scores in Nghia Dan district. He was admitted to Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Vo Thi Thuy - a student of Co Do High School, residing in Son Ha hamlet, Nghia Son commune, excellently won 25.5 points in block C. Of which, the Geography subject achieved 9.75 points, becoming 1 of 4 candidates with the highest Geography score in the 2018 national high school exam of the province and the candidate with the highest score in block C of Nghia Dan. Thuy lost her father, so the 3 of them lived with her grandparents who were old and sick.
On this occasion, the benefactors gave each child gifts of 1 million VND in cash and necessities such as rice, instant noodles, fish sauce, etc. to help them have more money to cover their living expenses.
