At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Van Thanh - Chief of Office of the District People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Chief of Office of the District Party Committee. Mr. Nguyen Huu Bo - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee was appointed as Head of the District People's Committee's Internal Affairs Department.

In addition, the reappointed personnel this time include: Mr. Ho Anh Thang - Head of Finance - Planning Department; Nguyen Van Phu - Chief Inspector of the district; Duong Danh Thanh - Deputy Head of Finance - Planning Department; Pham Van Giang - Deputy Head of Culture and Information Department; Dang Minh Hoai - Deputy Head of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Department; Nguyen Van Thanh - Deputy Chief Inspector of the district and Nguyen Son Ha's term as Head of Economic - Infrastructure Department of the district People's Committee was extended.
