At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Van Thanh - Chief of the District People's Committee Office was appointed to hold the position of Chief of the District Party Committee Office. Mr. Nguyen Huu Bo - Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee was appointed as Head of the District People's Committee's Internal Affairs Department.

In addition, the reappointed personnel this time include: Mr. Ho Anh Thang - Head of Finance - Planning Department; Nguyen Van Phu - District Inspector; Duong Danh Thanh - Deputy Head of Finance - Planning Department; Pham Van Giang - Deputy Head of Culture - Information Department; Dang Minh Hoai - Deputy Head of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Department; Nguyen Van Thanh - Deputy Head of District Inspector; and Nguyen Son Ha's term as Head of Economic - Infrastructure Department of the District People's Committee was extended.
