The model of Party branches helping poor households in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 25th, the Party Cell of the Culture Department - Health Department - Red Cross of Ky Son district organized the donation of breeding cows to the family of Mr. Lo Van Son, a poor household in Na village, Huu Lap commune.

Mr. Son's family is a poor and disadvantaged household in Na village, Huu Lap commune, Ky Son district. Besides their poor health, Mr. Son and his wife are raising five children who are all of school age, so the family lacks the capital to invest in livestock farming.
The cow, valued at 10 million VND, was donated by party members from their salaries to help Mr. Lo Van Son's household develop livestock farming and gradually overcome poverty.
According to the plan, over the two-year period from August 2018 to August 2020, the Party Cell of the Culture Department - Health Department - Red Cross of Ky Son district will continue to provide support to Mr. Son's family in terms of animal feed, funding for the construction of livestock pens, guidance on disease prevention and control, and cattle farming techniques.
