Party Cell Model to Help Poor Households in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 25, the Party Cell of the Department of Culture - Department of Health - Red Cross of Ky Son district organized a donation of breeding cows to Mr. Lo Van Son's family, a poor household in Na village, Huu Lap commune.

Mr. Son's family is a poor and disadvantaged household in Na village, Huu Lap commune, Ky Son district. In addition to poor health, Mr. Son and his wife are raising 5 school-age children, so the family does not have the capital to invest in livestock farming.
The cow was awarded worth 10 million VND, this is the amount of money contributed by party members in the inter-departmental party cell in the form of salary to help Mr. Lo Van Son's family develop livestock farming, gradually eliminating hunger and reducing poverty.
According to the plan, within 2 years, from August 2018 to August 2020, the Party Cell of the Department of Culture - Department of Health - Red Cross of Ky Son district will continue to support Mr. Son's family with animal feed, funding for building barns, instructions on disease prevention and control, and cow raising techniques.
