(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 22nd, 7-year-old Truong Xuan H. from Quy Hop district was admitted to Nghe An provincial hospital with both hands severely crushed due to a phone exploding while charging.

According to the child's family, because the family members were at work, H was left home alone. At that time, a phone was charging, and H was playing with it for a while when the phone exploded and shattered. The force of the impact crushed both of the child's hands, causing significant bleeding.
Hearing the explosion, a neighbor ran over and found the child lying unconscious on the floor. They quickly took the child to the district hospital for emergency treatment and then transferred her to the provincial hospital.
Based on the X-ray images, the doctors concluded that H's left hand was completely crushed, losing three fingers; her right hand was also partially crushed. The hospital performed surgery to preserve the two remaining fingers on her left hand. In addition, H also suffered eye damage and impaired vision.
