According to the patient’s family, because the family members went to work, H was left home alone. At that time, a phone was charging, H played with it for a while then the phone exploded and broke into pieces. The force crushed both of his hands and caused them to bleed profusely.
Hearing the explosion, a neighbor ran over and saw the child lying unconscious on the floor. He quickly took the child to the district hospital for emergency treatment and then transferred him to the provincial hospital.
Through X-ray images, doctors concluded: H's left hand was completely crushed, missing 3 fingers; the right hand was also partially crushed. The hospital performed surgery to remove and preserve the remaining 2 fingers of the left hand. In addition, H also suffered eye damage and impaired vision.

This is not the only accident related to using the phone while charging. People should be especially careful when using electronic devices. Never use and charge the battery at the same time, as this can cause the battery to overheat and lead to fire or explosion.
