Men who sleep early will increase sperm quality.
Research shows that men who sleep from 8-10pm and 8 hours a day have more sperm than those who sleep 6 hours.
Researchers from Harbin Medical University in China say that sperm are most active between 8 and 10 p.m. They swim better and have a better chance of fertilizing an egg. Men who sleep less and go to bed late have lower sperm counts and their sperm die much sooner.

The study was published in the journalMedical Science MonitorRecently, the research team monitored the sleeping habits of 981 healthy men. They went to bed in three time periods: 8-10pm, 10pm-midnight, and after midnight. The men were asked to set alarms to sleep for limited periods of less than 6 hours, 7-8 hours, and more than 9 hours. Then, scientists took semen samples to check sperm count, shape, and mobility.
The results showed that men who slept six hours a night had a 25% lower sperm count than those who slept eight hours. Scientists also said that sleeping late and not getting enough rest were harmful because they increased anti-sperm antibodies. This is a protein produced by the immune system that can destroy healthy sperm.
