Driver dies after pickup truck crashes into cliff
Unable to control his speed, driver Ninh drove his pickup truck into a cliff in Ha Tinh, killing him and seriously injuring his passenger.
At around 3:00 p.m. on September 30, driver Dinh Tien Ninh (23 years old, residing in Quang Binh) was driving a pickup truck carrying a man on the Ho Chi Minh trail. When reaching the section passing through Huong Tra commune (Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh), the car lost control, veered to the left side of the road, crashed straight into a cliff and fell into a drainage ditch next to it.

The strong crash into the cliff caused driver Ninh to die on the spot, the man traveling with him was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
At the scene, the pickup truck was deformed in the front, the front wheel had fallen off, and was severely damaged. Around it, many pieces of debris were scattered, oil stains and blood stains were everywhere.
Huong Khe district police were present to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
