Driver dies after crashing pickup truck into cliff.
Unable to control his speed, Ninh, the driver of a pickup truck, crashed into a cliff in Ha Tinh province, resulting in his death and serious injuries to his passenger.
At approximately 3 PM on September 30th, driver Dinh Tien Ninh (23 years old, residing in Quang Binh province) was driving a pickup truck carrying a passenger on the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Upon reaching the section passing through Huong Tra commune (Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province), the vehicle lost control, veered to the left side of the road, crashed into a cliff, and then fell into a drainage ditch.

The violent crash into the cliff killed driver Ninh instantly, while the passenger sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment.
At the scene, the pickup truck was severely damaged, with its front wheel detached and heavily damaged. Debris was scattered around, along with oil slicks and blood stains.
Police from Huong Khe district were present to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
