Young man grows marijuana at his home for personal use.
Due to drug addiction, a young man bought cannabis seeds and grew them at his home to harvest the leaves for personal use.
On November 23, information from the Quang Thanh Ward Police Station, Thanh Hoa City (Thanh Hoa province) indicated that they had just caught Hoang Van Vu (born in 1984, residing in Thanh Yen Street, Quang Thanh Ward) red-handed growing cannabis at his private residence.

At the suspect's home, the Quang Thanh Ward Police seized four cannabis plants grown in pots, already reaching waist height. Upon further inspection, the police also found a packet of white powder on the suspect's person.
During questioning at the police station, Vu confessed that he was addicted to drugs and bought cannabis seeds to grow for personal use. He also admitted that the packet of white powder hidden on his person was methamphetamine, which he had bought for personal use.
The Thanh Hoa City Police are handling the case according to the law.
