Young man grows marijuana at home for personal use
Due to drug addiction, a young man bought marijuana seeds to grow at home to use the leaves.
On November 23, information from the Quang Thanh Ward Police, Thanh Hoa City (Thanh Hoa) said that the unit had just caught Hoang Van Vu (born in 1984, residing in Thanh Yen Street, Quang Thanh Ward) growing marijuana at his private home.

At the suspect’s house, Quang Thanh Ward Police seized 4 marijuana plants grown in pots as tall as a person. Upon inspection, the police also discovered that the suspect was in possession of a package of white powder.
At the investigation agency, Vu confessed that he was addicted to drugs so he bought marijuana seeds to grow for leaves to use, and a package of white powder hidden on his person was crystal meth he bought for use.
Thanh Hoa City Police are handling the case according to the law.
