Weather 11/26: Widespread heavy rain in Central region
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the Central Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today (November 26), due to the influence of the weakened low pressure area from storm No. 9, the provinces in the Southeast and the South of the South Central Coast will continue to have heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain with common rainfall of 30-70mm, some places over 100mm.
Last night (November 25), due to the influence of the weakened low pressure area from storm No. 09, the southern provinces of the South Central Coast and the Southeast had heavy to very heavy rain with common rainfall of 50-100mm, in some places over 150mm.

Forecast:Today (November 26), due to the influence of the weakened low pressure area from storm No. 09, the provinces in the Southeast and the South of the South Central Coast continue to have heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain with common rainfall of 30-70mm, some places over 100mm.
Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening combined with the disturbance of the East wind zone, from today until the night of November 27, the provinces from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa will have heavy to very heavy rain with common rainfall: Quang Tri and Khanh Hoa provinces (50-80mm/day); in Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Phu Yen (80-150mm/day); in Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh (100-200mm/day).Disaster risk level due to heavy rain: level 1.
FLOOD WARNING
In the past 2-3 hours, some places in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces had heavy to very heavy rain such as: Xuan Lam 99.8mm, Xuan Loc 52.2 (Phu Yen); My Tho 40.6mm; My Thuan Lake 42.4mm (Binh Dinh).
It is forecasted that in the next 3 hours, this area will likely continue to have moderate to heavy rain with amounts from 30-60mm.
Warning: In the next 3-6 hours, there is a high risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas, flooding in low-lying areas in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces, especially An Lao, Hoai An, Phu Cat, Phu My districts (Binh Dinh), Dong Xuan, Son Hoa and Song Cau (Phu Yen).Disaster Risk Level: Level 1.
