Voters reflect that medical examination and treatment using health insurance cards still have many shortcomings.
(Baonghean.vn) - That is one of the contents that voters of Cao Son commune, Anh Son district proposed to National Assembly deputies at the meeting with voters with two National Assembly deputies Le Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment; Nguyen Huu Cau - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police on the afternoon of December 6.
Cao Son is a mountainous commune located in the southeast of Anh Son district, 20km from the district center. The whole commune has 10 villages, 1,506 households and 5,452 people; the average income in 2018 is estimated at 31 million VND/person.

Responding to the National Assembly, voter Pham Hong Thuy in village 10 expressed that the Ho Chi Minh trail section passing through villages 1 and 2, Cao Son commune has no signs, causing traffic accidents to increase. Accordingly, the voter requested that all levels and sectors should soon install traffic lights and warning lights to help people stay safe when participating in traffic.

Voter Mai Nga, village 9, Cao Son commune, is concerned about the current situation where some subjects who did not participate in the war are still enjoying the policy regime. Therefore, the voter requested the National Assembly to clarify and have clear regulations for each specific subject.
Regarding the construction of new rural areas, voters also said that Cao Son is one of the disadvantaged communes of Anh Son district, with a sparse population, so the implementation of national target programs each year faces many limitations. Voters hope that the Party and State will pay attention and support Cao Son commune to develop further.
Voter Nguyen Cong Hung, village 1, reported that health insurance at some hospitals has not been connected, causing people's medical examination and treatment to not be of guaranteed quality and to encounter many problems. Accordingly, voters hope that all levels and sectors will pay attention and have policies to connect hospitals to serve people's medical examination and treatment.
After listening to voters' recommendations, representatives of relevant departments and branches responded to opinions within their authority.

Representing the National Assembly deputies in answering the issues reflected and proposed by voters, comrade Nguyen Huu Cau sincerely thanked the opinions and suggestions from voters to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries and branches, and local Party committees and authorities at all levels.
Regarding new rural construction, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau said that currently, Nghe An province has 3 districts and 181 communes that have reached the new rural finish line, and it is expected that by the end of 2018 Nghe An will reach about 47%.
“To have 50% of communes in Nghe An achieve new rural status by 2020 and exceed the target in the Government's project, it is necessary to first build a strong political system, create high consensus among the people, and from there gradually have a roadmap to build new rural areas,” emphasized Delegate Nguyen Huu Cau.
Regarding other recommendations, the Provincial Police Director promised to receive and fully convey them to competent authorities.
