Voter Mai Nga from Hamlet 9, Cao Son Commune, expressed concern about the current situation where some individuals who did not participate in the war are receiving benefits and policies. Therefore, she requested that the National Assembly clarify and establish clear regulations for each specific group.

Regarding the new rural development program, voters also stated that Cao Son is one of the disadvantaged communes in Anh Son district, with a sparse population, thus facing many limitations in implementing national target programs each year. Voters hope that the Party and the State will pay attention and provide support to help Cao Son commune develop further.

Voter Nguyen Cong Hung from Hamlet 1 reflected on the situation where health insurance coverage at some hospitals is not yet integrated, leading to substandard and inconvenient access to medical care for the people. Therefore, the voter hopes that relevant authorities will pay attention and implement policies to integrate hospital coverage to better serve the healthcare needs of the people.

After listening to the voters' suggestions, representatives from the relevant departments and agencies responded to the issues within their jurisdiction.

Speaking on behalf of the National Assembly delegates to address issues and suggestions raised by voters, Comrade Nguyen Huu Cau sincerely thanked the voters for their feedback and suggestions to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries and agencies, and local Party committees and authorities at all levels.

Regarding the new rural development program, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau stated that currently, Nghe An province has 3 districts and 181 communes that have achieved the new rural development goals, and it is projected that by the end of 2018, Nghe An will reach approximately 47%.

"In order for 50% of communes in Nghe An to achieve new rural status by 2020 and exceed the target set in the Government's plan, it is first necessary to build a strong political system and create high consensus among the people, so that a roadmap for building new rural areas can be gradually developed," Representative Nguyen Huu Cau emphasized.

Regarding other suggestions, the Provincial Police Chief promised to take them into consideration and forward them fully to the relevant authorities.
