AFF Cup 2018 Final on History Exam
The question "opportunities and challenges for citizens of ASEAN countries in the integration process" is linked to the image of the final match between Vietnam and Malaysia.
On the morning of December 18, more than 150 12th grade students of the Social Sciences Department of Le Quy Don High School (HCMC) completed their first semester History test with excitement, because the test topic was related to the "hottest" issue of the past few days - the final match of the AFF Cup 2018.
The 4-point essay section consists of two questions on the topic of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Question 2 includes images from the first leg of the Vietnam-Malaysia final.

As the test maker, Master Nguyen Viet Dang Du (Head of History Group) shared that the 12th grade program studies the topics of birth, development, challenges and opportunities when joining ASEAN. In which, students must know how to apply knowledge into practice to know the advantages, difficulties and responsibilities of citizens in the integration process.
"Instead of posing favorable and challenging issues to ASEAN citizens, I put them in the context of a specific person, a football fan, to make them closer and more attractive to the students. The image of the final match reminds me of the victory of the Vietnamese team, so the students are very excited," said Mr. Du.
The teacher added that the above assignment was prepared and submitted to the board of directors for approval last week, before the second leg final match took place at My Dinh Stadium on the evening of December 15. Including the final match in the assignment was also a wish of the teachers and students for the team to win the gold cup.
On the evening of December 15, at My Dinh Stadium, the Vietnamese team won 1-0 in the second leg of the AFF Cup 2018 final against Malaysia with the only goal by Anh Duc. Coach Park Hang-seo's team won the championship after 10 years of waiting for millions of fans.
