Forecast:Around early morning and on December 23, this cold air mass will affect the northeastern and north central provinces, then affect some places in the northwestern and north central regions; the wind will change to the northeast at level 2-3 inland, and level 3-4 in coastal areas.
From December 23, the weather in the Northern and North Central provinces will turn cold; the lowest temperature will be 15-18 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North, some places will be 10-12 degrees Celsius.
In the Gulf of Tonkin and the North East Sea from December 23, the wind will gradually change direction to Northeast, increasing to level 6, gusting to level 8; rough seas.
Warning of heavy rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning:Due to the influence of cold air, there will be scattered rain in the Northern provinces; the North and Central Central regions will have rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in some places.
