Forecast:Around early morning and on December 23, this cold air mass will affect the northeastern and north central provinces, then affect some places in the northwest and central central regions; the wind will change to the northeast inland at level 2-3, coastal areas at level 3-4.
From December 23, the weather in the Northern and North Central provinces will turn cold; the lowest temperature will be 15-18 degrees Celsius, in the mountainous areas of the North, some places will be 10-12 degrees Celsius.
In the Gulf of Tonkin and the North East Sea area from December 23, the wind will change direction to Northeast and gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 8; rough seas.
Warning of heavy rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning:Due to the influence of cold air, there will be scattered rain in the Northern provinces; moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in the North and Central Central regions.
