* Previously, on December 3, 2018, due to a conflict during a party and meal at Thanh Chuong Chicken Restaurant, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, a group of young people used guns to shoot each other, causing injuries, negatively affecting the security and order situation in the area.

At the award ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Police and the People's Committee of Vinh City acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the City Police. The leaders of the Provincial Police also requested the City Police to continue to crack down more fiercely on all types of crimes, especially eliminating gangs and criminal and drug gangs in the area.
