*Project 128M, discovered by Vinh City Police on December 21, arrested Tran Thanh Dan (born in 1963), residing in Nam Dan town, the leader of the drug trafficking ring, and Nguyen Van Trang (born in 1979), residing in Truong Son commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh. Searching Dan's residence in Nam Dan town, the police seized 3 heroin cakes and 14,000 synthetic drug pills.
