The delegates' sentiments, responsibilities and aspirations sent to the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress

Like many people in the province, I am very excited to witness in recent years the solidarity and efforts of all levels and sectors in the province to overcome difficulties and challenges, bringing about many improvements in the province's socio-economic development, especially in attracting investment and developing infrastructure.

The 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 is a major political event, a turning point, of special significance in the process of construction and development of Nghe An province; is the first step to open a new development path, contributing to realizing the goal of building Nghe An into a fairly developed province of the country, a national growth pole.

With the spirit of innovation and development, a team of young, dynamic and enthusiastic leaders, and the tradition of diligence and creativity of the people in the province, I hope that this Congress will put forward many breakthrough policies and solutions to strongly promote the socio-economic development of the province.

We - party members who have experienced many stages of development of the country and the province - have high expectations that the delegates attending the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 will focus highly on discussions and propose appropriate solutions to help the province lead and direct socio-economic development tasks to ensure national defense and security, especially building a strong, comprehensive, and exemplary Party and political system in the term 2025 - 2030.

At the same time, I hope the Congress will continue to arouse the spirit of innovation and the desire to rise up, building Nghe An to be increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized, worthy of the traditions of Uncle Ho's beloved homeland.

Having the honor to attend the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, I deeply feel the seriousness and responsibility of the Provincial Party Committee in the preparation stages of the Congress, especially the political report and personnel work. Joy, excitement and confidence are spreading among cadres, party members and people about this Congress.

The Congress is not only an important political event of the province, but also a historical milestone opening a new development period, when Nghe An aims to become a "fairly developed province with national growth pole" in the context of innovation, integration and digital transformation being strongly promoted, along with the revolutionary tradition, solidarity spirit, and will to rise of cadres, party members and people in the beloved homeland of Uncle Ho continuing to be highly promoted.

As someone directly involved in grassroots management, I expect the Congress to discuss and decide on strong solutions so that the two-level government model can truly be effective, creating a foundation for modern governance, close to the people and for the people. In particular, it is necessary to pay special attention to decentralization, giving more proactive power to the commune level, especially in recruiting and arranging a team of qualified staff with a reasonable professional structure. This is the "key" factor so that the commune level - the level of government closest to the people - can effectively and efficiently perform its service function and implement policies.

Along with that, I hope that, in the overall development strategy, the province will pay more attention to the Western Nghe An region - a unique ecological and cultural space, and at the same time a new potential driving force.

As for Dong Hieu, I expect the province to continue to direct and support the locality to soon meet the criteria for establishing a ward, in accordance with the planning and 2-level government model, thereby exploiting urban potential, attracting investment, improving infrastructure quality and people's lives.

In addition, allowing the simultaneous establishment of zoning plans in urban areas with the general planning of Thai Hoa urban area will be a necessary solution to accelerate the development speed, ensuring synchronization, science and practicality. If realized, these orientations and policies will contribute to creating an important breakthrough for the dynamic urban areas of the province, especially Thai Hoa urban area in general and Dong Hieu urban area in particular.

The 20th Provincial Party Congress not only affirmed the determination, will and collective intelligence but also ignited the belief and aspiration to rise of the entire Party Committee and people of Nghe An. I believe that, with the wise leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the consensus of the entire people, Nghe An will soon break through, become a national growth pole, bringing an increasingly prosperous and happy life to the people.

I am truly honored and proud to attend the important political event of the Provincial Party Committee - the 20th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. This is not only an important congress in shaping the development direction for the next 5 years, but also the first congress after Nghe An implemented the 2-level local government model. Having the honor to attend the congress, I see more clearly my responsibility in participating in contributing my intelligence, proposing solutions to build practical orientations and tasks, as well as selecting a team of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the new term that is truly exemplary in quality, capacity and prestige.

As a delegate representing more than a thousand party members of Tan Mai ward - an area located in the key development zone in the North of the province, belonging to the coastal economic corridor according to Resolution 39 of the Politburo - I hope that the Congress will continue to promote collective intelligence, propose breakthrough and strategic decisions to effectively exploit the potential and advantages of the region and each locality. In particular, developing the marine economy needs to be identified as one of the key directions, with strong solutions to invest in seaport infrastructure, fishery logistics services, developing large-capacity fleets, seafood processing industry and service industries associated with the sea.

In particular, the effective exploitation of key projects such as Quynh Lap Seaport, LNG power, sea tourism, etc. will open up new growth drivers, creating a spillover effect to promote the socio-economic development of the whole province. This is also an opportunity for coastal localities such as Tan Mai ward to promote their potential and contribute positively to the overall development of the province.

Attending this Congress, I not only bring the trust and expectations of local cadres, party members and people, but also determine the responsibility to contribute my wisdom and constructive voice so that the Congress is truly an important milestone, continuing to affirm the comprehensive leadership role of the Provincial Party Committee, bringing Nghe An to develop rapidly and sustainably in the new period.

I am very honored and proud to be a delegate of ethnic minorities attending the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, to contribute opinions and bring the aspirations of ethnic minorities, especially the people in the province, to the Congress.

Nghe An is a province with a large ethnic minority population and shares a border with Laos. Its geopolitical characteristics place high demands on ensuring national defense and security and harmonious, sustainable development.

Over the past years, the lives of ethnic minority people have changed positively thanks to the attention of the Party, the State at all levels and sectors in the province. Ethnic programs and policies have been effectively implemented; traditional culture has been preserved and promoted; and the material and spiritual life of the people has been significantly improved.

I also hope that through this Congress, the province will continue to have mechanisms and policies to promote socio-economic development in mountainous areas; pay attention to grassroots administration and infrastructure in mountainous areas, prioritize investment resources in regional and inter-regional transport systems; national power grid infrastructure; projects to prevent and combat natural disasters, respond to climate change; support livelihoods for people... The province will continue to have policies to make community tourism and eco-tourism become key economic sectors to increase people's income.

At the same time, the province continues to pay attention to ensuring social security to build great national unity, contributing to maintaining national defense and security in mountainous areas.

Like the general mood of the delegates attending the Congress, I am extremely happy and excited. The political report of the Congress mentioned many important contents on development perspectives, goals, tasks and solutions for the 5-year period 2025 - 2030.

As a rural Women's Union official attending the Congress, I am very interested in the issue of agriculture and rural areas as well as promoting the development of women. In agriculture, officials, party members and people are interested in comprehensive and sustainable agricultural development; therefore, I hope that with the concentration of intelligence, the Congress will come up with effective solutions to develop Nghe An's agriculture in the right direction of green, smart, ecological agriculture, adapting to climate change, increasing value and linking in the product chain; building new rural areas in a sustainable direction, improving people's lives in a substantial way, so that each countryside becomes a livable place.

I also hope that this Congress will continue to issue practical policies and solutions to care for women more comprehensively: from creating sustainable livelihoods and jobs, improving material and spiritual life, to expanding learning, training and development opportunities for women to develop comprehensively.

Such attention not only helps women rise up, promote their roles and responsibilities, and unite with all classes of people to contribute to the common movement of the province, but is also an important driving force to contribute to building prosperous, progressive, and happy families - a sustainable foundation for society.

I have full confidence that the Congress will open up new development opportunities for the province in general and each sector, agency, unit, locality and individual in the province.

I am extremely honored, proud and excited to attend the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee as the youngest party member. This is a memorable milestone in my training and striving process, and at the same time a great responsibility, reminding me to continue to make more efforts to be worthy of the trust that the Party organization has placed in the young generation.

As a young teacher, I am particularly interested in Resolution 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on educational and training breakthroughs. This is a very important resolution, demonstrating a strategic vision in considering education and training as a key driving force for national development.

I hope that, with the attention and leadership of the province, the implementation of Resolution 71 of the Politburo will become a reality on that basis to create conditions for the education and training of the province to continue to make progress in improving the quality of comprehensive education.

For me, the greatest responsibility is to constantly practice, improve my expertise, innovate teaching methods, and apply technology to bring the best results to students. Besides, I am also aware that I must be a bridge to spread the spirit of the Resolution, inspire students to study and practice, and work with colleagues to effectively implement new policies in the school.

I believe that, with the support and attention of the Party, the State and the province, and the innovation efforts of the staff and teachers, we will contribute to realizing the goal of making Nghe An a high-quality education and training center of the region.

I also hope that this Congress will have many policies and guidelines of the province to pay more attention to the young generation: Creating an environment for young people to study, contribute, start businesses to contribute to the development of their homeland and country.
