Agribank Vinh Branch, Nghe An Province, officially opens for business.
On October 1st, in Vinh Phu ward (Nghe An province), the Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (Agribank) held the opening ceremony for its Vinh Nghe An branch.
Attending the ceremony were: Mr. Hoang Phu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union, Head of the Propaganda and Social Work Department of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Hoang Nang Hiep - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Phu Ward, along with representatives from provincial departments, agencies, and organizations.

The establishment of Agribank Vinh Branch in Nghe An is a strategic step, opening a new phase of development for Agribank Nghe An, while contributing to the socio-economic development of the province. The new branch helps to improve service capacity, expand the network, modernize facilities, enhance service quality, and better meet the diverse needs of customers in Vinh Phu ward – one of the political, economic, and cultural centers of Nghe An province.

Mr. To Huy Vu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Members of Agribank, highly appreciated the achievements of Agribank Nghe An Branch in the past period. As a Class I, Grade 1 branch, Agribank Nghe An Branch currently has 6 Class II branches, 22 ATMs/CDMs, and 73 POS machines.
As of September 15, 2025, the branch had mobilized capital of VND 24,761 billion (an increase of over 14.1%), outstanding loans of VND 23,561 billion (an increase of 10%), and notably, non-performing loans were only 0.21% (a decrease of 0.09% compared to the beginning of the year).
The most impressive figures are not in scale, but in structure: 95.2% of capital and 90.1% of outstanding loans are concentrated in the residential sector. This is not just an achievement, but a solid foundation for the Vinh Nghe An Branch to continue developing safely and stably in the future.
