Simultaneously, all available resources and personnel are being mobilized to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Mr. Hoang Quoc Truong, Director of the Road Maintenance Management Board, Nghe An Department of Construction, stated: The immediate plan is to block the flow of water from the Vinh River into the reservoir of the southern pumping station and the residential area, reinforcing it with rocks, soil, sand, and concrete blocks to prevent water from overflowing. At the same time, water will be pumped out of the reservoir to limit flooding in the Vinh Tan and former Trung Do areas. (Photo: Quang An)
