Focus efforts on repairing the cracked road along the Vinh riverbank as soon as possible.

By noon on October 1st, forces were still working diligently to implement various solutions to address the road cracks along Vinh Giang riverbank in Truong Vinh ward, determined to ensure the safety of the residential area further inland.

Mr. Hoang Quoc Truong, Director of the Road Maintenance Management Board, Nghe An Department of Construction, stated: The immediate plan is to block the flow of water from the Vinh River into the reservoir of the southern pumping station and the residential area, reinforcing it with rocks, soil, sand, and concrete blocks to prevent water from overflowing.
