During inspections at the two units, the inspection team assessed that although Saturday was a compensatory working day for the New Year's Day holiday, the officials, civil servants, and employees of the department strictly adhered to working hours, and all absences were justified.
The specialized departments have issued regulations and rules in accordance with the law, and have assigned work tasks to their staff and civil servants.

In particular, the Department of Health has a very scientific and effective process for managing its staff and civil servants. Every week, staff and civil servants from each department register their work schedule for the week at their respective specialized departments.
The specialized departments compile and send daily work schedules to the office department (if there are any changes, they report them to the office department). Therefore, the office is fully aware of the schedules of officials and employees working at the headquarters, those on business trips, and those requesting leave.

The inspection team reminded the two units to address shortcomings in implementing regulations on workplace culture, such as the failure to strictly adhere to regulations regarding the placement of nameplates for officials and employees in many departments; and the fact that some civil servants did not wear their identification badges during working hours.
Following the inspection, the delegation requested that the units continue to strengthen inspection and supervision to remind and urge officials, civil servants, and employees to strictly adhere to workplace culture, administrative discipline and order, and improve the efficiency and quality of public service performance.
