Pursuant to Decision No. 5773 dated December 28, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on establishing an interdisciplinary team to conduct surprise inspections of compliance with discipline and administrative discipline in 2019, on the morning of January 5, the inspection team for compliance with discipline and administrative discipline of the province led by Mr. Bui Dinh Sang - Chief Inspector of the Department of Home Affairs conducted a surprise inspection at the Department of Health and the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the implementation of Directive 26 of the Prime Minister and Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Through inspections at two units, the inspection team assessed that although Saturday was a make-up day for the New Year holiday, the department's officers, civil servants, public employees, and workers strictly followed working hours, and all absences had reasons.

Specialized departments have issued regulations and rules in accordance with regulations, and assigned work tasks to officers and civil servants.

The inspection team reminded the two units to overcome shortcomings in implementing regulations on office culture, such as the fact that the name tags of officials, civil servants, and public employees in many departments of the units have not been strictly followed; some civil servants do not wear badges during working hours.

After the inspection, the delegation requested that the units continue to strengthen inspection and supervision work to remind and urge cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly implement office culture, discipline, administrative discipline, and improve the efficiency and quality of public service performance.
