The police seized 1 ceramic plate containing a lot of white powder, which the subjects declared to be "crystal meth", 1 tablet suspected to be synthetic drug in the form of "candy", 3 mobile phones, 1 car with license plate 18A-12594 and some other evidence.
In the early morning of January 12, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Ha Nam Provincial Police in coordination with Binh Luc District Police inspected the Quoc Vuong Karaoke Bar (An Tien Village, An Ninh Commune, Binh Luc District, Ha Nam) and discovered and caught 5 subjects illegally using drugs including: Bui The Long, Bui The Toi (both residing in My Phuc Commune, My Loc District, Nam Dinh Province), Tran Minh Nguyen (residing in Tien Thang Commune, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam), Nguyen Thi Ha My (residing in Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City) and Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang (residing in Chu Dien Commune, Luc Ngan District, Bac Giang Province).

Initially, the subjects confessed to buying drugs for use. Currently, the police are continuing to investigate and handle the subjects according to the law.
