The police seized a ceramic plate containing a large amount of white powder, which the suspects confessed was methamphetamine, one tablet suspected to be synthetic drugs in the form of "candy," three mobile phones, a car with license plate 18A-12594, and other evidence.
In the early morning of January 12th, the Administrative Management and Social Order Police Department of Ha Nam Provincial Police, in coordination with Binh Luc District Police, inspected Quoc Vuong Karaoke quán (An Tien village, An Ninh commune, Binh Luc district, Ha Nam province) and discovered and apprehended five individuals illegally using drugs: Bui The Long, Bui The Toi (both residing in My Phuc commune, My Loc district, Nam Dinh province), Tran Minh Nguyen (residing in Tien Thang commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province), Nguyen Thi Ha My (residing in Thanh Cong ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi), and Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang (residing in Chu Dien commune, Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang province).

Initially, the suspects confessed to jointly purchasing the drugs for personal use. The police are currently continuing their investigation to prosecute the suspects according to the law.
