Hoa Hong Kindergarten is planned on an area of over 10,000 m2, with 17 rooms, including 12 classrooms and 5 functional rooms such as the principal's office, art education room... In addition, there is an entertainment area for children such as a ball house with an investment of 1.2 billion VND. The total investment value of the kindergarten is over 20 billion VND. The school can serve more than 350 boarding children.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Van - Director of Hai Van Company Limited said: The classroom system of Hoa Hong Kindergarten meets the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training: Each classroom is larger than 70m2 and is equipped with an air-conditioning system, ceiling fan, television, study corner, play corner, camera monitoring system... The spacious school yard is planted with flowers and ornamental plants to create a cool atmosphere for children to study and play. The school's kitchen area is invested synchronously - a place to provide nutritious food for children to develop their physical strength.
In addition to teaching and caring for the children, the school always attaches importance to ensuring food hygiene and safety in each meal of the children. The school imports food from reputable establishments in Dien Chau district.
The representative of Dien Chau district added: Currently, the kindergarten system of many communes in Dien Chau district is degraded and lacks classrooms. Therefore, the inauguration and putting into use of the kindergarten of the Dien Ngoc Housing and Commercial Services Project has practically contributed to relieving pressure on a number of public schools in the area; at the same time, meeting the needs of entertainment and learning of children in Dien Ngoc commune and neighboring communes of Dien Bich, Dien Ky, etc.
The Director of Hai Van Company Limited added: In order for Hoa Hong Kindergarten to develop synchronously, in 2019, we will continue to invest in a "fairy garden" on the school campus worth over 2 billion VND to create more useful playgrounds for children of "fairy" age.

Dien Ngoc - Dien Chau Residential and Commercial Service Area Phase 1 has a total area of 31 hectares, with a scale of 800 households.
