Highlights of the Dien Ngoc Project

Hoa Hong Kindergarten is considered one of the important projects within the residential and commercial service area project in Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district. The project originated from the vision of Mr. Nguyen Hai Van, Director of Hai Van Co., Ltd., a native of Dien Ngoc, who wished to provide children in his coastal hometown with a spacious and modern school for learning and playing.

Hoa Hong Kindergarten is planned on a plot of land exceeding 10,000 m2, with 17 rooms, including 12 classrooms and 5 functional rooms such as the principal's office and art education room. In addition, there is a recreational area for the children, including a ball pit, which received an investment of 1.2 billion VND. The total investment for the kindergarten is over 20 billion VND. The school can accommodate more than 350 children in a half-day program.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Van, Director of Hai Van Co., Ltd., stated: The classroom system at Hoa Hong Kindergarten meets the standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training: Each classroom, over 70m2 in size, is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, televisions, a learning corner, a play corner, and a surveillance camera system. The spacious schoolyard is planted with flowers and ornamental plants to create a cool and airy environment for the children to study and play. The school's kitchen is also equipped with modern facilities – providing nutritious food to support the children's physical development.
In addition to educating and caring for the children, the school always prioritizes ensuring food safety and hygiene in every meal. The school sources its food from reputable establishments in Dien Chau district.
Representatives from Dien Chau district leadership added: Currently, the preschool system in many communes in Dien Chau district is dilapidated and lacks classrooms. Therefore, the inauguration and commissioning of the preschool under the Dien Ngoc Housing and Commercial Service Project has practically contributed to relieving pressure on some public schools in the area; at the same time, it meets the needs for play and learning of children in Dien Ngoc commune and neighboring communes such as Dien Bich and Dien Ky…
The director of Hai Van Co., Ltd. added: "To ensure the comprehensive development of Hoa Hong Kindergarten, in 2019 we will continue to invest over 2 billion VND in a 'fairy tale garden' within the school grounds to create more beneficial playgrounds for children of this 'magical' age."

The Dien Ngoc - Dien Chau residential and commercial area, phase 1, covers a total area of ​​31 hectares, accommodating 800 households. Currently, the investor has completed over 15 hectares, investing over 200 billion VND in construction, including main roads connecting from National Highway 1 along the Bung River to the project, secondary roads, and a system of green spaces and underground lighting. In 2019, the investor will continue to implement phase 2, constructing technical infrastructure to ensure a high quality of life for the coastal urban area.
