According to the news of Nghe An Province's Hydro-Meteorological Station: At 10:00 a.m. this morning (August 25), the center of storm No. 5 was at about 18.4 degrees North latitude; 106.8 degrees East longitude, about 120km East Southeast of Nghe An, 100km East of Ha Tinh. The strongest wind near the center of the storm reached level 13-14 (134-166km/h), gusting to level 17; the storm moved in a West Northwest direction at a speed of 15-20km/h.
Nghe An: Coastal localities of Dien Chau and Tan Mai urgently evacuate thousands of people from dangerous areas.
