The 5th International Landscape Photographer of the Year competition has come to an end, with stunning winning photos capturing everything from ethereal mountain peaks to dark forests.

| Adam Gibbs, a photographer from Canada, won the Photographer of the Year award (an award based on a portfolio of at least four images). Adam won the award for his stunning and ethereal photographs of the forests around Vancouver Island. |

| American photographer Paul Marcellini won the Photo of the Year award. Paul entered the competition with a single artistic photograph capturing tree trunks reflected in a lake, creating an optical illusion that makes it difficult to distinguish between reality and the mirage. |
