Announcement of the appointment of the Director of the State Treasury of Nghe An Province.
(Baonghean.vn) - With the approval of the State Treasury, on the afternoon of April 1st, the State Treasury of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the decisions on leadership personnel appointments for the unit.
Attending the announcement ceremony were Ms. Dang Thi Thuy - Deputy Director General of the State Treasury, along with representatives from relevant units.
Representing Nghe An province were: Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and representatives of leaders from provincial departments and agencies...

The conference announced Decision No. 6616/QD-KBNN dated December 27, 2018, of the State Treasury regarding the retirement of Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan, former Director of the Nghe An State Treasury, effective April 1, 2019.
At the same time, the conference announced Decision No. 1468/QD-KBNN dated March 28, 2019, of the State Treasury on the acceptance and appointment of civil servants to leadership positions, accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa - Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee - was accepted and appointed for a fixed term as Director of the Nghe An State Treasury from April 1, 2019.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh acknowledged the contributions of the Provincial State Treasury in general and Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan in particular to the socio-economic development of the province over the past period.
The comrade also highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hoa in many previous positions, especially in his capacity as Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, where he directed the building of a strong unity bloc and strived to develop the locality in the right direction at a relatively rapid pace.
Therefore, the head of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee expects that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hoa will continue to develop his qualities and professional capabilities to excellently fulfill the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, the new Director of the Nghe An Provincial Treasury, Nguyen Dinh Hoa, thanked the leaders of the State Treasury and the leaders of Nghe An province for entrusting him with this important responsibility.
He expressed his desire to continue receiving the consensus and support of the State Treasury officials and employees, and the attention of provincial departments and agencies in his work; and pledged to remember and strictly implement the directives of the State Treasury leadership and the provincial leadership, striving to successfully complete the assigned tasks, building internal unity, coordinating well with units in the area, and further enriching the traditions and achievements of the Nghe An State Treasury.
The new Director of the Nghe An State Treasury, Nguyen Dinh Hoa, was born on September 10, 1964.
- Professional qualifications: Master of Economics specializing in Finance and Credit, Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.
- Level of political theory: Advanced.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa has held many positions throughout his career: Officer in the Finance Department of Vinh City; Officer in collecting state-owned enterprise tax at the Vinh City Tax Department; Deputy Head of the General Planning Department, Head of the Information Processing and Informatics Department of the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department; Secretary to the Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Director and Director of the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department; and Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee.
