The conference announced Decision No. 6616/QD-KBNN dated December 27, 2018 of the State Treasury on the retirement from April 1, 2019 for Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan - former Director of the State Treasury of Nghe An.

At the same time, the conference announced Decision No. 1468/QD-KBNN dated March 28, 2019 of the State Treasury on receiving and appointing civil servants to leadership positions, accordingly receiving and appointing for a term Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa - Secretary of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee to hold the position of Director of Nghe An State Treasury from April 1, 2019.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dac Vinh acknowledged the contributions of the Provincial State Treasury in general and comrade Hoang Thi Xuan in particular in the past time to the socio-economic development of the province.

He also highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of comrade Nguyen Dinh Hoa in many previous positions, especially in his position as Secretary of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, who directed the building of a strong solidarity bloc and made efforts to develop the locality in the right direction at a relatively fast pace.

Therefore, the head of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee hopes that in his new position, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hoa will continue to promote his qualities and professional capacity to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the new Director of Nghe An State Treasury Nguyen Dinh Hoa thanked the leaders of the State Treasury and Nghe An province for entrusting him with the important responsibility.

He hopes to continue to receive the consensus and support of the State Treasury's officials and civil servants, and the attention of provincial departments, branches and sectors during his work; at the same time, he promises to remember and strictly implement the instructions of the State Treasury's leaders and provincial leaders, strive to fulfill assigned tasks, try to build internal solidarity, coordinate well with local units, and continue to enrich the tradition and achievements of Nghe An Treasury.

New Director of Nghe An State Treasury Nguyen Dinh Hoa was born on September 10, 1964.

- Professional qualification: Master of Economics, majoring in Finance - Credit, Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.

- Political theory level: Advanced.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa has held many positions: Officer of the Finance Department of Vinh City, Officer of State Revenue of Vinh City Tax Department; Deputy Head of the General Planning Department, Head of the Information Processing and Informatics Department of Nghe An Provincial Tax Department; Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Director, Director of the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department; Secretary of the Thai Hoa City Party Committee.
