The accident occurred at 9:00 p.m. on May 24 on National Highway 36, through Quynh Loc commune, Hoang Mai town.

According to witnesses, at the above time, 2 young men were riding a motorbike with license plate 37L1 - 637.62, when the motorbike reached the intersection in Hamlet 5, Quynh Loc Commune, it was suddenly hit by a car, causing the 2 people on the motorbike to be thrown onto the road, unconscious on the spot.
After causing the accident, the car fled the scene. Discovering the accident, people living on both sides of the road took the victims to the emergency room and called the Traffic Police of Hoang Mai Town Police.
At the scene, the motorbike was smashed to pieces; there were many blood stains on the road.
Traffic police were present at the scene to regulate traffic and mobilize forces to search for the car that caused the accident and then fled.
