"The Unified Command of Forces (OOC) of Ukraine continues to build up a group of troops near the combat contact line. According to our intelligence, in the residential area of Novozvanivka, which is under the control of the 54th Brigade (Armed Forces of Ukraine), the presence of Strela-10 air defense systems with a large number of ammunition is still confirmed in the area of the 54th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," - the communications officer of the press service, Ivan Filiponenko, said at a press briefing.

According to data from the LNR People's Police, the commander of the 54th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, wanting to hide the presence of prohibited weapons equipment near the military contact line, ordered to obstruct drone flights of observers of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in the area.

This information was confirmed by the Mission's staff, who reported various shellings by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on OSCE drones monitoring the situation in the area under the 54th brigade's responsibility, said Mikhail Filiponenko.

At the end of September 2015, the sides signed an agreement to withdraw weapons, artillery of caliber over 100 mm and tanks from the front line.
