Nghe An is ready for a safe and high-quality National High School Graduation Examination.
(Baonghean.vn) - During an inspection of the preparations for the National High School Graduation Examination, Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong requested the Nghe An Department of Education and Training to thoroughly review the infrastructure and security conditions at the 61 examination sites.

On the afternoon of June 20th, the Steering Committee for the National High School Graduation Examination, led by Mr. Dinh Viet Hong – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Steering Committee, inspected the preparation of facilities for the examination in Vinh City.

Comrade Dinh Viet Hong and the members of the Steering Committee inspected the locations used for grading the exams and the two examination sites: Ha Huy Tap High School and Huynh Thuc Khang High School.
Professor, Dr. Thai Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Education and Training, and Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for the 2019 National High School Graduation Examination - reported on the preparations for the exam. According to him, preparations are almost complete at this point.

The Nghe An Department of Education and Training has fully established examination, marking, review, and inspection committees. Competent and dedicated staff have been assigned to these committees. Sufficient personnel have been deployed at the exam paper printing and marking locations, and the examination centers are functioning properly. All 61 examination centers have been equipped with functional rooms such as medical rooms and waiting rooms.
On the morning of June 20th, the Inspectorate of the Department of Education also trained 122 inspectors to supervise the exam, ensuring that each examination site had two inspectors. During the exam period, the Department of Education and Training advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish three mobile inspection teams operating from the lowlands to the mountainous areas.

During the inspection, Comrade Dinh Viet Hong highly appreciated the members of the steering committee for actively and effectively carrying out their assigned tasks. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Nghe An Department of Education and Training – the permanent agency of the Steering Committee – to conduct a final review of the facilities and security arrangements at the examination sites.

Comrade Dinh Viet Hong noted: The Nghe An Department of Education and Training needs to ensure that all 61 examination centers proactively prevent and mitigate any unusual weather developments that could pose risks to the safety and quality of the exam; and to effectively carry out information and reporting for each examination session as required.
