Nghe An is ready for a safe and quality National High School Exam
(Baonghean.vn) - During the inspection of the preparation of facilities for the National High School Exam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Viet Hong requested the Nghe An Department of Education and Training to carefully review the conditions of facilities and security work at 61 exam sites.

On the afternoon of June 20, the Steering Committee for the National High School Exam led by Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee inspected the preparation of facilities for the exam in Vinh city.

Comrade Dinh Viet Hong and members of the Steering Committee inspected the exam marking locations and two exam sites: Ha Huy Tap High School and Huynh Thuc Khang High School.
Professor, Dr. Thai Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Education and Training, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for the 2019 National High School Exam reported on the exam preparation work. Accordingly: Up to this point, the preparation work has been almost completed.

Nghe An Department of Education and Training has established a full set of examination boards, marking boards, review boards, inspection boards, etc. Competent staff with good attitudes and morale have been assigned to these boards. At the test printing, marking and testing locations, sufficient human resources have been arranged, and the camera system is working well. At 61 testing locations, all functional rooms such as medical rooms and waiting rooms have been fully arranged.
On the morning of June 20, the Department of Education Inspectorate also trained 122 inspectors to supervise the exam, ensuring that each exam site had 2 inspectors. During the exam period, the Department of Education and Training advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish 3 mobile inspection teams operating from the lowlands to the mountains.

During the inspection, comrade Dinh Viet Hong highly appreciated the members of the steering committee for actively performing their assigned tasks. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Nghe An Department of Education and Training - the standing agency of the Steering Committee to continue to review the final conditions of facilities and security at the examination sites.

Comrade Dinh Viet Hong noted: Nghe An Department of Education and Training needs to thoroughly educate 61 examination sites on the spirit of proactively preventing and combating unusual weather developments that may pose risks affecting the safety and quality of the examination; and do a good job of informing and reporting on each examination session according to regulations./.
