Promote recognition and enhance Nghe An Newspaper brand
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Newspaper will continue to apply the Code of Conduct on newspaper brand identity on 3 contents: identity from the team of cadres, reporters, and employees of Nghe An Newspaper; through products, publications and through the spreading effect.
On the morning of July 16, Nghe An Newspaper held a conference to review the Party building and professional work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of the year. Comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper chaired the conference.

Successfully completed the set plan
In the first 6 months of 2019, under the leadership of the Party Committee, Editorial Board, collective, reporters and staff, Nghe An Newspaper has excellently completed 9/9 contents and plans, notably: Completing the organization arrangement according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 6th Central Conference, term XII, on a number of issues on innovation, organization arrangement of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient; improving the quality of propaganda content on publications; improving the lives of cadres, reporters and technicians.
In particular, after 2 months of testing and officially implementing the new Publishing Code, the number of visits on baonghean.vn has continuously increased.

The operation of the newsroom is increasingly effective. Information on political events, current events, economic, cultural and social fields, ensuring security and order, and traffic safety is highlighted, creating many highlights.
The work of disseminating the law and handling readers' petitions increasingly demonstrates a high sense of responsibility for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Nghe An Newspaper Party Committee has 5 Party cells with 51 Party members. As of June 30, Nghe An Newspaper has 74 cadres, reporters, employees, 12 special collaborators working at the editorial office and has organized periodic emulation evaluation and classification.
Enhancing the brand of Nghe An Newspaper
Speaking at the conference, comrade Chu Ba Long - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies acknowledged the remarkable growth of Nghe An Newspaper. Under the leadership of the Party Committee and Editorial Board, the collective unit has been united, collaborative, innovative, creative, daring to think and act.
In particular, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies highly appreciated the method of using cadres, reporters, and collaborators, especially using and arranging jobs appropriate to their working capacity, doing a good job of attracting human resources, and making good use of the team of collaborators.
Nghe An Newspaper has taken the lead in applying technology to serve the work of publishing and management; carried out emulation movements well; improved the material and spiritual life of cadres, reporters and employees. Party building work has been taken care of, and the living regime is orderly.

Besides, Nghe An Newspaper has always paid attention to activities of gratitude and visiting generations of cadres and reporters of the newspaper; thereby educating the tradition for the generation of journalists today; effectively organizing social security activities.
Agreeing with the solutions for the last 6 months of the year, comrade Chu Ba Long suggested that Nghe An Newspaper review the targets of the Nghe An Newspaper Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term to have solutions to complete the targets; at the same time, evaluate the implementation of the province's targets with the contribution of the Newspaper.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies also hopes that Nghe An Newspaper will open a number of new columns on Party building work; have a special page on implementing Resolution No. 35-NQ/TW of the Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation; and at the same time continue to pay attention to inspection work, improve the quality of Party cell activities, and evaluate Party members.

Concluding the conference, comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan thanked the collective and leadership of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee for their attention, companionship and sharing in the development process of the Newspaper.
The Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper assessed that after a period of implementing the new Publishing Code, the majority of officers, reporters and employees of Nghe An Newspaper have had a more professional way of working and thinking, with a very confident attitude.
With the above solution, the ability, skills, thinking, especially teamwork capacity have been improved; therefore, the quality, value of works and working efficiency have been raised; thereby raising the level of the newspaper, increasingly promoting its role as the voice of the Party Committee, government and people of the province.
