During a pilgrimage to the historic land of Dien Bien, a delegation of officials and reporters from Nghe An Newspaper visited and presented gifts to Mr. Duong Van Lam (born in 1930), a native of Hung Chau commune (Hung Nguyen), a veteran of Dien Bien Phu. Mr. Duong Van Lam is currently the Chairman of the Nghe An Veterans Association in Dien Bien Phu. He joined the campaign at the age of 20 and participated in two resistance wars over 23 years. On this occasion, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to veteran Tran Dinh Duong (born in 1935), from Thanh Chuong, currently living in Dien Bien.
