Announcing the Secretariat's decision on personnel work
The Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc has just held a Conference to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations has just elected a full-time Vice President.

At the Conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh - Member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organization Committee and comrade Son Minh Thang - Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc presented Decisions No. 1459-QD/TW, 1463-QD/TW, 1464-QD/TW of the Central Party Secretariat on approving the membership of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc for the 2015-2020 term for 3 comrades, including:
Comrade Bui Truong Giang - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department;
Comrade Do Viet Ha - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Director of the Political Training Center of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc;
Comrade Nguyen Duc Minh - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, Deputy Head (in charge) of the Party Organization Committee of the Bloc.

At the conference, the Presidium of the 5th term, the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations elected comrade Bach Ngoc Chien - Member of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations to hold the position of Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations.
Previously (July 2019), the Central Party Secretariat issued Decision No. 1393-QDNS/TW, mobilizing and appointing comrade Bach Ngoc Chien - Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee to participate as a member of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations.
