Along with mobilizing 300 youth union members to support Vinh market traders, today, nearly 300 youth union members from universities, colleges, departments and wards in Vinh city also helped schools clean up flooded classrooms; supported the provincial urban environment company to collect garbage and sand pushed up by the flood on Le Nin Avenue. Previously, on October 16, hundreds of union members were also present at deeply flooded areas to support people and students.
