Eliminate regulations on penalties for some acts in the construction sector
According to the new Decree of the Government, a number of regulations on penalties in the fields of construction investment; exploitation, processing and trading of minerals for construction materials; production and trading of construction materials will be abolished.

The Government issued a Decree21/2020/ND-CPAmending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 139/2017/ND-CP dated November 27, 2017 of the Government stipulating administrative sanctions for violations in construction investment activities; exploitation, processing and trading of minerals as construction materials, production and trading of construction materials.
